What I'm saying is that he kept it as vague as usual, leaving everyone confused about what he just said. It’s highly unlikely that he’s referring to the export license because that would have required a formal announcement - after all, they announced the MOU, so not announcing the export license would make no sense since it's such a significant development.
Therefore, it must be something else, and I think it’s related to the commercialization of the Stage 1 product in Argentina.
This would mean that he sold it to Glencore before even getting the permit - jumping the gun, JP. That’s not really like him, or is it?
