The $1.45 options are issued under the employee option plan that long predates my involvement with RAC. The terms are 1/3rd of the options vest after 12 months and then the remaining 2/3rds vest 1/24th every month after that.
The $4.25 options don't vest as such but they are only issued 1/36th each month in exchange for the 50% salary sacrifice.
