I can think of a few good reasons NOt to.
1. when HDR goes i dont want to be sitting on fence and i am sure i will reach my target 50% capital gain/annum returns on HDR for the next 3 years.
2. i dont see any good reason for triggering substantial Capital Gains Tax.
#3. have a look at directors of GNL its a nobrainer.
