Could not agree more, this is the spec end of the market and it's been a terrible market for specs and rare earths for the last 2 years - China have done a great job to make that happen.
We are still possibly in for some pain in the short term IMO but I was well impressed from the 44 minute video, nice to finally see some long form content from Brett and a lot more information in this crux interview compared to the last few.
Right now I am comfortable with my money being in IXR and believe that management are still doing a fantastic job to progress it all. As Koproskilo said after the last General Meeting results, the focus is clearly on Commercialising the Belfast plant. Read between the lines from Brett and we could very well get complete funding from the UK Government for the commercial plant (probably close to our entire current market cap).
Would recommend any shareholder to watch the entire video before making any further commentary. I'm signing off until we get the feasibility study announcement.
