Yes I believe so , as I could not find any reference to it anymore. I would say FBR’s legal team must have contacted them . Although I would like to see a collaboration between the 2 and FBR license the DST to them , there is more than enough room for 2 new technology companies in this field , FBR imo will be well ahead of time and a world leader in outdoor robotics before ICON would catch up , I would not be surprised that FBR are already talking to them . They can give them DST but still will be slow as a snail compared to HX Imo ,ICON have a place in this industry but years behind in speed compared to HX , This doesn’t mean this can’t change quickly imo .
