Totally agree the OTA component is not worth much . The whole company should be sold to private equity for a 40 percent premium around $12 and let the new company break up Webjet. With this new split set up you have unnecessary new management extra costs at a time most companies are streamlining. Makes no sense. Lets hope KKR or Blackrock come in and take it over ASAP
