The custodian of something is usually expected to take good care of what they are looking after. The SP has been in his control.
The decisions he's made and not made have directly put us where we are today. His refusal to market the company to the investment community resulted in a 2.5c capital raising to individuals that have no long term loyalty to the company, as evident by the sell off we've been seeing since the options were approved.
