They aint getting hydro, Alliance Magnesium, who became Tergeo Critical Minerals were provided grants, incentives etc for Magnesium by the Canadian Government for production. At the end on 2023, Hydro Quebec knocked back power to the proposed plant... Teregeo went bust....
