Applying your logic: if the upcoming efforts are a success, it could easily go to 10 cents, right?
Both of us are incorrect with those statements. Both are unsupported ramps. We have no idea what is happening behind the scenes at the moment, and no idea whether A3 will be "resolved". What we do know, however, is that the company has found oil and plans to ship it. As for whether or not they do - time will tell.
