    The buck has to stop with management and ultimately the board.

    Today VPG is trading at what I estimate to be 45% of NTA (after Top Ryde write-down), if management / board can't maintain a better security price than this one has to conclude they are unperforming, if they are underperforming you need to reassess their future role with Valad.
