You are wrong... Ponds are all ready to go once approval given. We are awaiting council approval simply to use them.

Where are you getting your info... Speak directly to Ben and others in the know.

Nov 2010 is completion date- doubt it will be later than Dec. Council approval is a hiccup of a month only IMO.

I think we can let the guys off on this hiccup as they have done a lot more to advance the OS development which is worth far more. Yet Plant 1 is Step one in the whole process... Completion stated of this then I suspect Alcoa deal already stitched up i would love to accummulate at these levels. So would others i suspect. Yet we need this confirmation of near 10M pa for sure and KEY step complete.

Then all aboard for what will hopefully be SUPER charged expansion OS. As we all know the first one is always the hardest to get right. They are on the cusp of greatness. IMO.

ASX 300 assured once Plant 1 in full production and then it is an easy sell to OS ALU Coys.

Many greeny funds and ethic funds should jump aboard- as it all a positive for the world in this regard.
