I have to agree I think this is a disgrace to be frank, and really is about screwing over exisitng investors. All the retails investors backing at IPO and near IPO are heavily diluted. I struggle to see how this is good news, my key learning here is I do not trust management at all, and they do not care about shareholders other then those on their friendly call lists.

Maybe Peter is trying to see if he can match the performance of his other company Nexion Networks (NNG) 28c to 1c ... As they say back solid management teams.

I am out I will just take my losses and move on sometime in the next few months, maybe will buy back in at 1c. Has anyone done any homework to see if there is any related party shenanigans going on, I can't be bothered but would be an interesting exercise and this transaction just does not make sense.
