I'm shaking my head Guru unable to fathom where you pulled that $7M/year spent on c & m from.
Fact is the averagecare & maint expense per year from 2017 to 2022 was $1.4M/year.
& if you add the restart year 2023 this average rapidly rises to $2.72M/year (2023 by far the highest c & m expense year).
Now that coupled with corporate & admin expenses is anyone's guess, a breakdown of this is virtually impossible to glean from annual reports.
The question I pose is, how far does $1.4M expense go in C & M situation?
My answer would be not far.
Lots of jumping at shadows going on here & heading in tangents to real problems & actual situations and above all not dealing with the facts.
