    Beware being a loyal customer.

    My case manager for Westpac told me his home mortgage rate was %8.13 as he jacked mine up to %9.5

    I don't believe him.

    Government problem I believe.

    Bank gets money at %4.3 I believe and lends at %9.5 is that gouging?

    Loyal Westpac customers for 30 years.

    Am I correct. What say you.
