I really dont understand the comment around raising equity to pay dividends - They previously raised equity to pay for acquisitions. A lot of REITs almost S&%$ the bed and raised large sums of equity in 2009ish, but no REIT is raising equity to payout dividends.
It 's discount to NTA is smaller than DXS for example (DXS is 30% discount vs this is 23% discount to NTA. Any REIT with large office or retail exposure is trading at similar discounts (SCG trading at 21% discount to NTA).
