I some times do lemon pepper chicken, the master foods lemon pepper is best.
Have not done in a while but whole chicken, skin off coated in olive oil and lemon pepper, fresh lemons as well. Roasted, without the skin on the chicken the flavours really get into the meat.
Side note, had my grand son over a few days ago, oh what a gorgeous little lad he is. He can obviously see clear and recognise people by the way he reacted to a photo of himself and his dad and also in the mirror.
Did my first nappy change, wow the cubby thighs. Just under 10kg now
