TLM must have paid something. If share were provided to the seller, they ought to have reported that. Same is true if a substantial amount of cash has been or will have to be used. Agree that it does not hurt to pick up extra targets from the cashflow genereated. However, transparency is crucial for a company if it is willing to have solid relations with its shareholders. And any non-communication is capable of igniting doubt about transparency.
