Yes Red the industry is in dire straits but that is not more than a short term event. The gang here has thrown the towel in it looks like as posts have dried up. If the decline last the Chinese buyers here will most likely have a contract exit clause or a revaluation option. It’s hard to know but given the quality of management here , nothing would surprise me.
