You mentioned technical's. Here is simple Fib chart I have been posting for a few weeks. The ramping crew went 'ape droppings' at me when I put this up before the cap raise when the stock was around 30 cents. I predicted 17 cents, and the stock briefly traded at 16.5 cents.
As you can see the chart correctly predicted the retrace (sound of TCS patting himself on the back).
This looks to be the base for now. Volume has disappeared so needs news or traders to again buy and sell to each other to move the price again.
