Exactly what the “influencers” are trying to dismiss here. One of them stating that Chinese RE prices are irrelevant.
The only large scale ROW producer of separated RE still references Chinese RE prices. Their RE sale prices are in line with Chinese RE prices. Yet this “influencer” still today claims there’s a price “decoupling” and Chinese RE prices are irrelevant.
It’s extremely irresponsible and unprofessional IMHO.
