My beef is about the way they've gone about it, stealing value from retail shareholders, and causing losses when a retailer s.h has had to sell for personal reasons or had their 'stop losses' triggered. That, in my view, is theft. And it's in breach of the provisions of the Companies Act. The fact ASIC is a toothless tiger and is unable to, or wont, do anything about it, doesn't change anything about the nature of their activity.
