    looks like my gut was right on 2 weeks ago

    just returned from Houston on business - hmmmm interesting place

    wondering if my 1.40 - 1.50 target will be hit soon.

    PS not downramping this stock, merely tracking my forecast. all the best - long term looks extremely strong so top up at 1.50 ish
