Starting 47 minutes in this superpitch video from Diggers Simon is introduced, pitches Spartan and then answers a few questions from Hedley Widdup (compere) In those basically says - as I understand it - that Spartan is not for sale, that his intent is to go mining, and if anyone wants a piece of the company they can pay the same proce as regular shareholders.
