Major past problems - let's all agree. It is a good base or platform for a new discussion
Managment bought Assets at the top of last cycle and destroyed shareholder value. They are talking of doing it again.
What is the strategic direction of this company. Why talk of wild cat holes in LAOS. I mean seriously. If you do hit some gold, there, are you wanting to spend $250m on a new plant there?
Are we wanting to spend 250m in Chile? We better not have thoughts like that.
The only thing this company needs to spend 250m on is a buy back.
Jamie Gibson is not aligned to shareholders in any way shape or form. Another project is securing this incompetent a job for life. Brain dead shareholders that think the past performance of this management team is acceptable are the same shareholders that will get on that train and ride straight off the cliff with Gibson shoveling coal in the burner.
Wake up. Gibson needs to go before shareholders think it is a great idea to destroy this company on another project.
Question for management are
1) When is grade up, when do we hit 25,000 to 30,000 a quarter
2) How is the IPO going.
3) Why are you not spending every cent on a buy back.
4) Why did you go to diggers and dealers 2025 when you could have bought back shares with that money.
5) When is the IPO
6) At what stage will KCN place an on-market purchase for 125,000,000 KCN shares at $5 for the 50% sale of Akara for $625,000,000 and reduce our shares from 250,000,000 at that stage to 125,000,000
Get the drift.
Or they can borrow 350,000,000 and buy a project. Issue themselves bonus's, mix the finance, confuse you, destroy shareholder value again from buying assets at the top of the cycle.
