That's absolute democracy you have to vote on every single decision, it isn't very practical at scale, Australia has representative democracy via voting for representatives.
demos = people (being the plural, the group, not the individual)
cracy = rule
people != individual
If indivials are allowed to do as they please that is anarchy.
