occam: To "weave your way through corruption", you have to become PART of that corruption in my opinion. Fully agree that most African nations and most of the politicians as well as for sure the United Nations officials are corrupt. So, needs a good handler/fixer in my view. NOT SURE if EMS has employed (internally or preferably EXTERNALLY) that kind of person...?? BUT this will be an absolute necessity. wasa
