It's the right response, but I'd love them to explain to the market their reasoning for making the judgement that not proceeding is in the best interest of shareholders - the offer was after all, at a premium to current market value of the company.
Additionally, this will flush out EnergyX - if they want the assets they're going to have to get serious about buying a stake in the company - high alert on that front from here IMO.
