Not arguing mate. It's just common sense. The options will not be trading at or near 70c while LRV is $1 with 1 day expiry left. The expiration is the key here... if there were a month left on expiry, then sure it's plausible as there's time for the heads to gain further value and it would be worth the bet for the purchaser, instead of just purchasing on market.
Anyhow, if LRV shoots up before December 1st, you should still make decent money on the options if you plan to sell them, should there be enough volume in LRVO. Right now there's only 3 buyers, but would assume would be more attractive once LRV get's closer to its strike price.
