It’s not making a dent because the market is wondering whether this is a flash in the pan or is the momentum sustainable? Granted it’s is a commendable win. But the market is hoping the contract sums were flipped around: $7.1m for the USA where the market is big, where orders are repeatable, and $1.7m there in Africa where the market is small.

The stock price needs someone with optimism of the forward prospects to take out the sceptics and build the right hand side of the head and shoulder. The overhang needs to be removed take it higher.
