Just my two cents. I think Paul has done an amazing job over the years in recognising the opportunity, stumping up his own money to get it off the ground in the very early stages, taking us from explorer to producer and ultimately creating an incredible investment for shareholders.
Sometimes a change of guard is required as so many factors feed into dedicating yourself to a project in a foreign country.
Personally I wish Paul all the best, I have been a big beneficiary of his work and belief having invested from listing and I am very grateful for the returns I have seen with ADT. Thanks mate!
