Just looking at that queue, he should stay put at 0.09
If the 249,999 at 0.08 stays, then he should get them on opening auction at 0.085; but if as you say that sell order is removed, he will still get his order filled by the gut load of sellers at 0.09
Which looking at the course of sales is what happened. Strange that it shows as three separate parcels though!
