The thing that's really hurt this time around seems to be the surprise in relation to the reserves at Enterprise. Production only started in June but has been downgraded by circa 34%.
Shouldn't all material reserves adjustments/downgrades have been pre-announced in June before this report??
The market hates surprises!!
