But have you asked yourself why IXR has a MCap of just $41M while PRE's is $82M
Especially when you consider that yourself and SF2 keep on telling everybody that IXR is so so much better than any other RE hopeful.
Time to admit it Makuuta was a very expensive dead duck, dump it and then sell the VMM stake to fund a one-way ticket for Tim to Belfast,
