I hope the BoD buys CNB now and doesn't return the LLL holding. We're going to get reamed by the ATO for holding LLL enough this calandar year. Putting the LLL shareholding on us in the same fin year is going to be brutal for tax purposes.

Get the tax write off on Morilla back in full by owning a small mining operation in Australia and paying no tax over the first 7 years. CNB can do a processing deal with the plant in Mnt Isa - no need for capex. Then people can either sell a small tax free Aus copper miner if they want, or hold on for the company to grow.
