    I understand its investors not the board the moved for the change. I also am told that the Cap raising price may be repriced ................................ Good luck everyone. it will be materially differnt to the future of the company of the could price it at say 14-15 cents, then you will only( and I use the term loosely abother 450 million shares vs a billion, huge difference
