JG will never be able to come close to being able to fill the shoes of Gavin Thomas as he doesn’t have the experience or the mining qualifications but hopefully he has the people skills needed to ensure the right expats are employed at the Chatree coalface.
The last few parts of plant#1 were obviously ordered months later than they should have given the time it took for them to be manufactured in up to three countries- I can’t guess who was ultimately responsible for that costly mistake but it’s now behind us.
The remaining item to complete the exercise to full production is ensuring the ore grade reaches a consistent 0.8g/t and I have to believe that grade has been fed to the plant commencing in July and in August that grade will be achieved in the gold room - for me it’s just a matter of guessing what week it’ll be this month.
