Hi GBB. Nice to hear from you again (seriously --- I always read your posts with interest, even if I don't always agree with you).

However, what surprises me, given your prior experience with this sort of thing, is that you seem to be conflating legal doctrine/legal arguments with the (purported) treatment of Greenland locals and local administration. If this has no direct bearing on the terms of the contract(s) as written and signed between ETM and the GoG, what has any of this to do with the price of fish in Bagdad (or even Nuuk)? I thought that what we were discussing here was fundamental legal principles which are, or may be, pertinent to consideration of the case now before arbitration. As for what ETM/Greenland Minerals or their agents may or may not have said or done, on that I cannot comment, because I am not in Greenland nor have I seen anything concrete from you or anybody else on this. Only vague mystery ladened innuendo which would normally have no bearing in a court of law or other quasi legal arbitration tribunal in any jurisdiction observing the rule of law.
