North Korea has been misusing all its resources to make armaments that their population cannot eat. They cannot also sell arms openly owing to sanctions.
So before their conventional arms get obsolete, they will use them to blackmail the necessary resources from Japan, South Korea and the USA, backed up by the threat of their nuclear devices.
It's time that this stinking rotten corpse of a regime that has been threatening world stability is dealt a bloody nose.
If Seoul immediately and the world at large has to pay a price to accomplish this, let it will have to happen.
