Just realised something, AGH got nearly double the amount of votes necessary for first strike rule, and very likely to get second strike:
Maybe adman lanes is making a play to take over the company at the spill meeting. And Josh et al, are probably aware of this, and tried to dilute them down but they just keep buying on market.
