This potential significant fall in SP with LTR has been a constant concern in the back of my mind.

To put an example, CXO was around $1 back when it started it's first round of production last year. Then the SP progressively went down and down, until it was hit with a CR Ann that brought it down hard. Wiltering Li spot prices absolutely destroyed the stock to where it is today.

LTR was also hovering at or around $1 to the lead up of first production ann. Now it's down to almost 80c. Macros are pretty ugly at the moment, and it seems evident to those who like observing coincidences that the Chinese are seemingly and intentionally influencing the Li spot prices. It's also not 110% clear what the recovery rates and production costs are, not until we go through some more shipments over the year. The risk variables remain in place.

I know that a few of you may call me a downramper. But to see this being sold down after much hope for growth, it has been a sobering moment for me.

In short, the SP of LTR can either go further down, or up from here. Yes I know, a very ambiguous conclusion. Happy trading/holding everyone.

    All just IMO. DYOR. GLTAH
