thanks for that research. I know our market capitalisation is approx $85m but the turnover for the last two years has only been $523K and $29K. Do you know how the Directors get around that issue?
Obviously the Directors must be confident of meeting the criteria as they would not go through the exercise or incur the expense but I am intrigued as to how we meet all of Nasdaq's requirements
