    The report mentioned in the article.
    Its a heavy read but ultimately everything it seems to ask for South Australia has in spades (short of the pilbara).
    If the powers that be managed to read this and the recent submissions from SA, it would be pretty easy to see that it would be a cheaper and more effective use of funds to get SA up and running.
    Quite interesting.
