Exactly right. I have seen announcements from other companies where they are at the mercy of anthropologists and archeologists, academics looking for a Dark Emu moment and all manner of green progressives intent on scuppering development. All it takes is the mere mention of a sacred site and at the very least progress and development will be put on hold. Take nothing for granted. These days not even gender is cut and dried. As a holder of STX and BRU at the moment I view everything with a jaundiced eye! Cheers
