Until deal is done, all works done by Biotron were/are part of Cronyism - sending all contract works to the ones who are less efficient and less competent.

Govt may investigate if they (Biotron management) have got any undue advantages from the CROs through CRONYISM throughout the life of the company. Delay is benefitting the Biotron management to get paid without spending time and taking pressure for commercialization.

Only deal done and announced can prove that they did due diligence and remained honest throughout. Govt need to investigate of how they spent money and will spend the money for beneficail purpose and commercial outcome.

Biotron needs to prove with deal done that they are not doing Scam and not following Cronyism. What role the Govt should play for this type buisness with No Transparecy at all?
