If you go back and read the latest half year accounts and the prior full year accounts you will see statements along the line that Vlad is not contemplating insisting on payment whereby SRN is strapped for cash. Note 8 in the 31st Dec 2023 Financials states that Vlad would not look for payment for a period of at least 12 months from 15th March 2024.
That means at least 15th March 2025.
It is discomforting that SRN has not released more info on the progress of the MOU and beyond but it is what it is. I have seen nothing to date that suggests Vlad is going to dud his fellow shareholders and at the end of the day Vlad is well and truly in control.
Being patient is tough. Being patient as a SRN shareholder is even tougher.
I am confident Vlad will bring home the bacon.
