To your point, and I havent been here for years like some, but just curious as to why you think management would 'pull the rug' as you say when they account for most of the top 5 / 10 shareholders (with related parties) and have a significant holding in the stock?

Also, isnt the court case DGR against AJQ et al?

Im sorry, again Im not a long termer here, but logic would suggest any management would want to realise a succussful outcome from their signifcant stakes...as opposed to reduce it to confetti?
