I must say that this is the best news I've heard in a long time for Neptune. I've not been happy about the aquisitions since they started, but was too stupid to get out.

For a different take on the announcement I present the following:

Note that it says that Christian Lange has stepped down... It doesn't say we sacked him. He may have agreed to go quietly without demanding termination payouts on the proviso that the company doesn't say anything bad about him.

The fact it says he was instrumental in making the company what it is today could be taken in a completely different light reading between the lines...

We will know soon enough I guess as if there is a golden handshake involved it will have to be disclosed, if there is not then all the better for us shareholders :)
