if we are told to go mediate and talk and come back with a consent order again - then so be it. Great! We can go back to court and say - yes we have agreed to this ………. Or we can go back to court and say - no we can’t agree - judge can you please make the decision. Let the court direct new dates and times and submissions as required!

PEP11 is NO LONGER IN THE HANDS OF THE JA TO CONTINUE THE DELAYING OF A DECISION.

And on the flip side - the court might say - heck the JA has done nothing wrong - now go away?!?! (Unlikely but at least a judge will tell us instead of being held captive by the Government)
