I would summarize it as, it appears Mo failed.
The tech should be more robust than an individual, have we been sold a pup?
If that is the case, cut him loose now, so we can get on with whatever happens next, keeping him around so that he can dump shares in the new year and drop the share price then (because no doubt he has many millions to dump).
Because I cant imagine he has anything to do with running the company except for drawing a salary.
