I respectfully, Tony, beg to differ with my learned friend that I had left "one important piece" out. That's why I included in the PS section " The strategy is in addition....."
What you are proposing is that Australia should be consigned to remaining a quarry to the world and Fortescue is not permitted to pursue its development of operations in Australia implementing technology we have put the time, money, ingenuity and effort into developing. I fail to see why collabs with China or other organisations and developing our own Australian enterprises should be mutually exclusive. If Australia is not permitted to develop our own industries and Fortescue is restrained to digging up dirt, then the nature of our relationship with China and other international connections is highly questionable.
